So ist der Zyklus des Lebens….
Und Trauer und Freude dürfen auch ihren Raum haben – – und trotzdem erlebe ich, wie wichtig es ist, gerade wenn mich die Trauer zu verschlingen droht, den gegenwärtigen Augenblick wieder zu er-spüren – sich dem was auch und gerade jetzt da ist zu öffnen… dann kann die Trauer Luft holen und man selbst wird wieder beweglicher, der Nebel kann sich lichten…

ist der gegenwärtige Augenblick.
Wenn wir wirklich im gegenwärtigen Augenblick leben,
verschwinden unsere Sorgen und Nöte,
