Ich hab mich für dieses Medium entschieden, weil ich unter anderem sehr viele interessante Beiträge finde, die mich inspirieren und ich gleichzeitig selbst inspirieren darf. Klarerweise gibt es auch so vieles, das mich irritiert, stresst (vor allem im Zusammenhang mit westlich-normierten Darstellungen von „Yoga“).
Ich finde es derzeit spannend, wie Menschen mit diesem Medium tun. Eine Erfahrungswelt, die ich auch als Sexualpädagogin beobachte. Mal schauen, wie sich meine Haltung entwickeln wird…
Wie auch auf allen anderen Ebenen meines Seins geht es bei diesem Medium um das Finden einer Balance. Ein wichtiges Instrument dafür ist die konsequente „Zeitbegrenzung“.
Ich sehe mich gleichzeitig gefordert, ein gutes „Management“ mit Zeit und Fokus zu üben. Ein „sich darin verlieren“ und dadurch Kraft verlieren ist immer wieder mit dabei..
Gelegentlich führe ich mir auch das „Warum“ und „Wozu“ meiner Nutzung vor Augen. Wie viel Anerkennung braucht mein Ego, warum poste ich? Was erwarte ich? Und wie groß ist mein Angebunden-Sein an diese virtuelle Welt?
Wichtig bei alledem ist mir das klare Beiseitelegen von Handy und Laptop; Das Wissen und Spüren von „größeren Räumen“ und Zusammenhängen in mir und um mich herum.
Diesbezüglich hat jede_r von euch sicher seine_ihre eigenen Methoden und Vorlieben. Ich finde meine inneren und äußeren größeren Räume in der Natur, auf Spaziergängen und Erkundungen der vielschichtigen, sinnlich-erfahrbaren Welten – überall…
Klarerweise auch in der Bewegung – jener ganz bewussten Bewegung meines Körpers in Schwingung mit dem mir gegebenen Atem (Asana/Pranayama). Diese bewusste Bewegung erfahre und übe ich auf der Matte, aber auch im täglichen Leben, beim Gehen, beim Stehen, beim Sitzen – bei Zwischendurchbewegungen.
Möget ihr viele schöne Momente außerhalb der Sozialen Netzwerke erleben, die euch erden um entspannt ins Vernetzen und Austauschen zurückzukehren.
