Meine letzten Wochen waren gekennzeichnet von sehr traurigen wie lebendigen Lebensereignissen. Dem Tod eines lieben Menschen folgte das Fest des Lebens (Taufe) meiner kleinen Nichte. Trauer, Freude – viele Gefühlsregungen, die mich immer wieder heimgesucht haben.
So ist der Zyklus des Lebens….
Und Trauer und Freude dürfen auch ihren Raum haben – – und trotzdem erlebe ich, wie wichtig es ist, gerade wenn mich die Trauer zu verschlingen droht, den gegenwärtigen Augenblick wieder zu er-spüren – sich dem was auch und gerade jetzt da ist zu öffnen… dann kann die Trauer Luft holen und man selbst wird wieder beweglicher, der Nebel kann sich lichten…
So meint auch Thitch Nhat Hanh:
Unser wahres Zuhause
ist der gegenwärtige Augenblick.
Wenn wir wirklich im gegenwärtigen Augenblick leben,
verschwinden unsere Sorgen und Nöte,
und wir entdecken das Leben
und all seine Wunder.
Mögest du dir immer wieder bewusst Zeit für den gegenwärtigen Augenblick nehmen. Deine Sinne öffnen: hören, riechen, sehen, fühlen, berühren: mögest du SPÜREN und LAUSCHEN – mögest du STAUNEN.
Nicht mehr und nicht weniger.
